BECOME AN EXHIBITOR

USHA’s Annual Conference gathers hundreds of speech-language pathologists, audiologists, consumers, and speakers from Utah and around the country. These conference attendees are looking for ideas, information, research, and new technology. Claim your own Virtual Booth at the USHA Conference and get to know them during dedicated times throughout the day! Dedicated times for exhibitors are as follows:

  • At the start of each day
  • During the 15-minute breaks between sessions
  • During the one-hour lunch break on Thursday
  • At the end of each day

OPTION 1: $100

Exhibitors will be introduced during the opening ceremonies

Exhibitors will have a dedicated break-out room which will serve as their Virtual Booth during dedicated times

OPTION 2: $200

Exhibitors will be introduced during the opening ceremonies

Exhibitors will have a dedicated break-out room which will serve as their Virtual Booth during dedicated times

Exhibitors will have their logo and a link to their website embedded on the USHA webpage

Exhibitors will have the opportunity to create a slide that will be displayed during conference breaks

Eligibility to Exhibit

Exhibits are a vital extension of the continuing education program of USHA. USHA reserves the right to determine eligibility of any company wishing to exhibit. The acceptance of a product or service for exhibit does not constitute an endorsement by USHA. USHA may deny or revoke eligibility based on violation of any policy set forth in the exhibit terms and conditions or for any action determined to detract from the character of the exhibition.

Payment Policy

Full payment of the cost of the requested exhibit space, sponsorship and advertising must be received within 30 days of the invoice send date, in order to confirm your selection. Balance of fees will be due no later than March 1, 2022. For registration after March 1, 2022, full payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. You will not receive access to your virtual exhibit booth until full payment is made to USHA.

Cancellation Policy

Exhibitors who request to cancel after March 1, 2022, will receive no refund. No exceptions will be made as this is a binding agreement.
